We have boarded our cat Milo at Avey Lane Cattery several times and they take amazing care of him each time! From filling up his unit with even more toys, hiding spaces and cosy blankets to selecting his food (adapting to any special requests) and making sure he gets his daily cuddles - we can go away with total peace of mind that he will get the best treatment. The team also share pictures and videos regularly and it's great to see how friendly he's become with them over his past stays. The Avey Lane family have taken care of our two cats many times. They are kind and caring, catering to specific needs, comfy warm facilities with climbing apparatus, making our cats feel comfortable and happy. They sent us videos and pictures while we were away which was really reassuring. Unfortunately our cats have both passed away due to old age in a short period of time but just wanted to mention that we really appreciated the heartfelt card you sent us and for all the care you’ve given to them over the years. We were going on a long haul holiday to the Caribbean and needed to put our cat Alfie in a cattery, first time since 2019, we were  slightly nervous as he is an old lad of 14yrs and he is quite shy.   We were updated with photos and videos  whole time he was in the cattery. The pens are spotless and spacious.  Staff very understanding friendly and cheerful.  Big thanks to Kat and Sarah . Nestled in a peaceful setting, our 48 spacious, newly constructed double chalets are designed to give your feline friend plenty of space and all the comforts of home. Each chalet features individual thermostatically controlled heating, so your cat will always be snug and cozy, whatever the weather.

We believe every cat is unique, which is why we cater to your cat’s individual dietary needs and preferences. We provide both wet and dry cat food from brands including Whiskas, Felix, Iams, Sheba, and Go-Cat. However, if your cat prefers a different brand, you’re very welcome to bring it along, and we’ll be happy to feed it during their stay. Our friendly, caring team is passionate about making every guest feel safe, loved, and truly at home.
